Director Shankar who celebrated his birthday on 17th August hosted a grand party to his friends from the industry, Ilayathalapathy Vijay was one among the star studded guests. Vijay who has acted under Shankar’s Direction in Nanban in a recently concluded award show publicly stated that he wanted to work with ace director again and said in his signature style “I’m Waiting“.
Though Shankar’s next after Ai is expected to be with Superstar for Endhiran 2, There has been no official confirmation on the project though, Now there is a buzz going around that Shankar’s next might be with Vijay. There is also a prospect of the duo combining after they both complete their respective upcoming films in Endhiran 2 and Vijay 58 with Chimbudevan.
An official confirmation can be expected once Superstar completes Lingaa with K.S.Ravikumar.
